let your body talk

There’s really nothing like working face-to-face to develop a rapport and depth of understanding. It’s feel natural and human– we’re relaxed and open.

From the shuffling of the chairs to sitting shoulder-to-shoulder to the smart prompting and intense listening. It’s all about how you interact with your client and colleagues. Your ears to listen to the voice, your eyes to pick-up signs, your hands to make your notes and point out areas of interest.

Keep your mind and body open to views and respond positively to new ideas and helpful comments.

Encourage generous behaviour where colleagues are feeling comfortable to share information and treat that with respect by capturing and responding appropriately. A smile and good manners don’t cost anything and go a long way too!
