So with spring in the air (in the northern hemisphere at least) people are watching their respective Government’s ‘roadmaps out of Covid-19 lockdown’ closely, anxious to ensure children’s return to school is secured, social contact is resumed, more recreational and associated activities are opened, travel (within the country) is relaxed, non-essential retail is opened, people can get to the hairdressers, happy (and sad) family events will be more accessible .. and people can return to the workplace.
And so, having considered the government advice around:
• Working from home until lockdown restrictions or social distancing is relaxed; then
• Facilitating a return to the workplace in line with COVID-secure workplace guidance;
It’s time to run an Onboarding Programme for ALL your staff as they return physically to the workplace, or continue to work from home.
We were led through with Onboarding Lead Andrea Moffat thanks to one and all for a thoroughly engaging conversation! As a simulation of how we work it through please do ask us how we can bring your team or community onto the same page. It’s the pace and clarity that is striking keeping a natural yet structured conversation. Because it’s your colleagues making and doing the connections continue to flow before, during and after the event itself.
