Introducing the first Essential Element which is SCOPE .. at the organisational level, particularly for those that are larger, and so impacting, to varying degrees, people, processes, systems, measures and purpose.

CHALLENGES NOT PROBLEMS

Wicked Problems are problems for which we can find no logical or apparent solutions. No optimal solutions can be identified through analytical problem-solving or alternative creative approaches.
