Overview of TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOP

A two-day facilitated intervention that turns team alignment into consistent delivery under pressure. Grounded in TORI and the Four Stages of Team Development, it gives teams a charter they write themselves, norms they've stress-tested, and a 90-day plan that's theirs to run. ALIGNMENT ISN'T THE FINISH LINE

Teams often agree on direction yet lack the behavioural discipline to act together when pressure rises. This is where alignment turns into delivery.

The Team Building Workshop is a two-day facilitated intervention for 12–20 people, in-person or hybrid- built around how your team actually works, not a generic away-day. It's grounded in TORI (Trust, Openness, Realisation, Interdependence) and the Four Stages of Team Development. Before the room, each participant brings their own challenge through a BIG PICTURE® / Wicked Challenges™ primer, so day one starts with real material, not theory.

What you get:

  • A team charter, written by the team, not handed to them
  • Tested norms, stress-tested against real scenarios, not just agreed on a whiteboard
  • A 90-day plan, theirs to run, not ours to hand over

£4,500–£6,500, depending on team size and customisation.
