CONSULTANCY

Our performance improvement process starts with a consultation with yourself to understand your business, analyse your unique requirements and diagnose the gaps in performance. We begin the process by asking questions to enable us to prepare a tailor-made business intervention for you. You will be familiar with the type of questions but you get to experience the real value when we begin to apply your answers on BIG PICTURE®.tools with our unique storytelling methodology. The results can be spectacular.







DESIGN

We will partner with you to determine the organisational performance challenges and goals. With our unique YBP connection tool and the storytelling methodology we will design a customised, values based, results orientated performance strategy based on the narrative inspiring and engaging colleagues to your business. Through YourBigPic connection your colleagues will visually be able to identify the opportunities and the contributions they can make. The coaching sessions with your leaders will empower them to hold continuous performance dialogues inspiring and aligning colleagues to find the meaning in what they do, take ownership and connect them with the overall purpose.

We will coach them to become inspirational and influential leaders to empower colleagues to take ownership through ongoing two way dialogues and impactful storytelling. This will guide colleagues to realise the value they add and the part they play when working towards one common goal.





REVIEW

Our goal is to provide you with an intervention that is effective and sustainable. To determine the impact of our solution and ensure the ROI, we will set dates with you to review regularly and provide you with progress updates and implementation results.
With a built-in ongoing evaluation system we will monitor the progress and identify any further information has come to light to support and to determine the next steps.
